Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global tennis community:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tennis equipment and apparel, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy ensures a fair process for both our customers and our business.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery when items meet these conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Grommets & Bumper Guards (once installed or removed from packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not present at shipping

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preference (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging with all contents. Use the provided return label (US customers) or follow international return instructions.

Step 4: Processing
After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days):

  • Exchanges: Replacement ships in 1-2 business days
  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • International Returns: Customer responsible for shipping and customs fees

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International refunds are issued in USD and may be affected by exchange rates.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
