Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Grommets & Bumper Guards (once installed or removed from original packaging)
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Any items that show signs of use or damage not present at shipping
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all original contents. Affix the provided return label (for US customers) or follow the international return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
- For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Step 4: Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Exchanges: Your replacement will ship within 1-2 business days
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
